Lady Isis
Celeste Korsholm <[email protected]> The Egyptian goddess, Isis, as the wife and sister of Osiris and the mother of Horus, played a major role in Egyptian mythology. Like the Greek goddess Demeter, Isis is associated with Mother nature. She was considered the powerful female symbol of giver and nurturer of all life. Lady Isis represents the life energy. She celebrates the physical pleasures that compensate so much for the physical suffering of our learning experience here on Earth. Isis is the eternal, divine feminine who joyfully calls us forth to the dance of life. |
